Vending machines / counter at the airport: After you passed customs at Copenhagen Airport you should walk straight on and proceed to the far-right end of the Arrival Hall, where you can buy train tickets either in a vending machine or at the counter. Note that you buy seat reservation tickets and train tickets separately. It is not mandatory to have a seat reservation ticket (it just guarantees you a seat), but make sure you buy the real train ticket. It should be around 370 DKR.
Online: You can also buy tickets and seat reservation on http://www.rejseplanen.dk/ with a credit card. In the upper right corner, you can change language to English or German. Copenhagen Airport is here called ‘Københavns Lufthavn Kastrup’ or just ‘Kastrup’. The electronic ticket will be sent as pdf-file to your e-mail address.
o Cellphone: find the app on www.dsb.dk to be paperless.
OBS. We strongly recommend that next to a train ticket you also buy a seat reservation as you run the risk of having to stand up during the train trip.
